As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving working relationships with prospective and existing clients and promoting the full range of Trinsic products & services. Preparing and maintaining live customer pipelines to include new and existing opportunities.

  • Promote the full Trinsic portfolio of products & services.
  • Customer meetings – Face to face and virtually.
  • Building and maintaining live customer pipelines to include new and existing opportunities.
  • Regular review of existing client needs.
  • Prepare bespoke reports for clients containing account analysis and statistics.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial introduction through to closure and account management.
  • Development and maintain KPI’s, Pipeline and management level reporting.
  • Successfully drive revenue growth of the Trinsic product portfolio.
Role Requirements
  • Solution based / strategic selling methodology.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM applications is an advantage.
  • Full clean driving licence (essential).
  • Ability and willingness to travel (nationally) is essential.
  • Eager to sell in a consultative style, confident to close deals.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Able to work autonomously to fulfil tasks.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Open to new technology in an environment that constantly evolving.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Minimum education at A levels standard is essential or higher education/graduate level in technical or business field preferred.
  • Experience in selling business telecommunications & IT.
  • Proven track record in one or more Business Development roles
  • Results driven with experience of having created and maintained business development processes and tools
  • Experience of working within a telecom’s environment.
